Micro size. Macro flavor. Mighty nutrition.

About Mighty Microgreens

Growing locally in the Adelaide Hills and supplying our surrounding area, we’re surrounded by beautiful scenery and farmland. Unfortunately, this farmland is hard to obtain. With an immense love of fresh and densely nutritious food, and a desire to grow my own food, I found microgreens. Able to be grown with less floorspace, and being not just incredibly nutritious, but tasty as well.

I was instantly in love.

I first began growing microgreens for myself and friends as a hobby, for health and the freshness, and with amazing feedback I started to sell at the farmers market, and supply local restaurants.

I fell in love with the flavors, the colors, and the way they made me feel. Microgreens aren’t just tasty, they’re packed full of nutrition. Harvested before the development of their true leaves, with the cotyledon leaves still intact, they’re full of the energy the seed is about to use for its upcoming growth spurt. I like to say they have all the nutriton of sprouts, but they actually taste good.

Whether you’re a home cook or a chef looking to add nutrition or an extra element of flavors, colors and textures to your dishes, microgreens are an amazing addition to virtually endless meals.

Grown pesticide & chemical free, no nasties.
